Painting Prices

The following prices are for painting walls and ceilings only in a standard sized property to a maximum of 2 coats. Additional coats will be chargeable.

Painting of timber and other items are charged extra (see Decorating Prices).

 

Single Room (From): £200

Double Room (From): £325

Large Rooms / Lounge (From): £375

Bathroom (From): £150

Toilet (From): £125

Kitchen (From): £200

Hallway or Landing (From): £200

Hallway, Landing and Staircase (From): £375

Stripping & Preparation Prices

Wallpaper Stripping: £15 per hour

 

Preparation:

 Sanding, Filling, Sugar Soaping etc: £15 per hour

Painting Prices

All painting prices are for one coat only.

Any additional coats will be charged the relevant price.

Wallpaper Hanging: £8 per m2

Skirting / Sills (Standard Sized): £2.50 per meter

Skirting / Sills (Large Sized): £4 per meter

Door Frames /Architraves: £10 per side

Wooden Interior Doors: £12.50 per side

Glass Panelled Interior Doors: £20 per side

Radiators: £10 - £30

Coving: £2 - £5 per m (Depending on Depth)

Decorative Ceiling Roses: £10 - £40 (per colour)

Spindles: £2 each

Newel Posts: £5 each

Handrails / Stringers: £2.50 per meter
